The experience designed for Disney+ at Casa degli Artisti in Milan in collaboation with T3KNE, allows visitors to enter the World of Shōgun: a journey through a medieval Japanese village, featuring 3D scenography, video content, and live performances. Original artworks from the late 1600s to the Meiji period are displayed, alongside insights into Samurai values, calligraphy, music, tea ceremonies, and manifestations of power and honor.
The Experience
As guests step into Casa degli Artisti, they are greeted by a Suzuki display. Following the path, visitors find themselves on a veranda where DJ Hiroko spins her tunes, complemented by refreshing Sapporo beers.
The event unfolded over four days, with the first two exclusively for press and influencers, and the following two open to the public with free admission.
Venturing further, guests discover the Bistro, offering a fusion of Japanese and Portuguese canapés, aligning with the narrative of Shogun. As they proceed, guests find the photo wall, offering the perfect backdrop for a memorable selfie moment., then, upon entering the immersive space, red floor calligraphy leads them into three houses inspired by the series: The Samurai, the Okiya (home of the Geisha) and the Shogun.
Upstairs, the space is divided into four distinct areas, each inviting exploration and discovery. The Tea Ceremony area allows visitors to learn about the traditional Japanese ritual. The workshop area encourages hands-on creativity with craft workshops and giveaways.
For those wanting a peek at the series, a dark room offers special content from the series.
The Suzuki corner provides a representation of the remarkable history of the automotive brand on a long piece of linen as if woven by a loom.
The Performers
